Ottimo rapporto qualita\'/prezzo.
Pulito,confortevole,carino.
La colazione compresa nel prezzo servita all\'ultimo piano del roof garden da un personale gentilissimo!!
Il personale della reception simpaticissimo e cordiale, in particolare il sig.Giuseppe e la giovane Olimpia, che ci hanno fatto provare un ambiente familiare.
Peccato averci passato solo un weekend...

CLIENTE BOOKING.COMMi sono trovata molto bene ..... è situato vicinissimo alla stazione e quindi molto comodo spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici ...... molto vicino al centro della città ..... si vive la vera Napoli, non quella turistica, ma quella locale ...esci e ti senti non turista, ma cittadino del mondo.... il personale del ricevimento clienti è molto gentile e disponibile .... pensieri molto positivi per questa struttura ... grazie

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to each of you. As you may know, I have been a guest each summer for the past five years at the Best Western hotel in Naples on the Piazza Principe Umberto I.
The hotel is marvelous. It is perfectly located for serious travelers who want to get around Naples and to all the interesting, surrounding areas quickly and conveniently. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean. And the general atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. All are multi-lingual, for the help of international travelers.
Each of the women and men at the front desk are professional, helpful, and welcoming at every hour of the day. And the staff and greeters in the dining room are hospitable and efficient. The breakfast buffet provides a complete range of tasty and nutritional foods.
Simply put, this is one of the best-run hotels of its sort that I have had the pleasure of staying at. I travel extensively in the United States and in Europe, and arriving at such a hotel is always a pleasant circumstance. Bravi, tutti!

Albergo in posizione davvero strategica, ottima la pulizia, camere funzionali e confortevoli, molto carini gli ambienti comuni, rilassanti ed accoglienti. La marcia in più comunque è la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, in particolare Gianfranco della reception.

Situation pratique de l\'hôtel, près de la gare, métros et bus, pour aller et venir dans Naples mais aussi à Herculanum, Pompéi, et autres environs à visiter ! Et la cerise sur le gâteau : tout bon resto à 100m du Plaza : \"Mimi alla Ferrovia\"... génial !

Sono rimasto un paio di notti ad Ottobre. Staff molto cordiale, ottima colazione, hotel in posizione molto comoda (ma la vicinanza con la stazione porta degrado nei dintorni...). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Veramente consigliato.

Ritengo che sia una buona struttura, comoda perchè situata in centro. La zona, putroppo vicina alla stazione, è uguale a tutte le grandi città del mondo. Non si può avere tutto dalla vita.

webIl Plaza è a due passi dalla Stazione Centrale in una piazzetta carina.
La mia stanza (216) al secondo piano si affacciava sulla piazzetta con due grandi finestre che davano tantissima luce. Era grande e ben arredata, anche se molto semplicemente; ed il bagno bello e pulito. Le aree comuni molto ben tenute e la sala da colazione, all\'ultimo piano davvero carina.
Il personale dell\'albergo è stato gentilissimo in ogni istante; in particolare la ragazza della reception.
